Delivery Policy

We deliver direct-to-fabric inkjet printers, heat presses, inks and related equipment across South Africa from Wadeville, Germiston. This policy explains how orders are booked, sent out and scheduled for installation so you can plan production with fewer surprises.

How We Handle Orders From Wadeville

Once your enquiry comes through our contact form, we confirm the equipment, accessories and any training or installation requirements. From there we prepare the order for dispatch from our Wadeville base in Germiston and align the delivery with your site access, loading arrangements and preferred installation window.

Most deliveries are arranged for businesses in Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, Cape Town and Bloemfontein, with support also available for Boksburg and Midrand. If your workshop is in an industrial area, a retail centre or a home based production space, we plan around the access rules for that site.

  • We confirm the exact machine model, accessories and consumables before dispatch.
  • We check whether you need installation, operator training or colour profiling on the same visit.
  • We plan delivery times around your receiving hours and site access restrictions.

Lead Times Across South Africa

Lead times depend on stock availability, the size of the machine and the destination. Smaller items such as inks, media and heat press accessories can often move quicker than full printers, while larger systems may need extra preparation and handling. For out of town deliveries we also allow for carrier booking and route timing, especially when freight moves through busy hubs.

In Gauteng, some orders can be scheduled sooner because the travel time is shorter. For coastal deliveries in Durban or Cape Town, we also factor in road freight timing and any weather delays, since humidity and port traffic can affect the schedule. During peak periods, planning ahead is the best way to avoid production downtime.

  • Small items may be dispatched sooner than full machines.
  • Large equipment may need pre delivery inspection and packing.
  • Holiday periods and month end can affect lead times.

Installation Scheduling With Delivery

Where installation is included, we do not treat delivery and setup as separate events unless your site needs that. Our technician can arrange to meet the delivery at your premises, position the machine, check power supply and connect the ink system before training begins. This helps avoid wasted time and keeps the first production run organised.

For businesses in areas with load shedding, we can plan the installation around your backup power setup so the machine is tested under realistic conditions. If your site has limited access, stairs or a narrow doorway, tell us early so we can plan the correct handling method, or a second visit if needed.

  • Installation dates are booked after your order is confirmed and ready.
  • We ask about power, floor space and access before scheduling.
  • Training can be done on the same day if your team is ready.

What You Need To Prepare On Site

Before delivery, make sure the machine area is clear, dry and ready for unpacking. The floor should be level and suitable for the weight of the equipment. If the site is in a warehouse, showroom or workshop shared with other tenants, please arrange for access permission and a contact person who can receive the load.

For textile work, clean storage matters just as much as delivery. Keep inks, fabrics and media away from direct sun, dust and damp walls. In coastal areas, especially where the air is more humid, sealed storage helps protect consumables and keeps print quality more consistant.

  • Clear the route from the gate or loading bay to the machine area.
  • Check that power points and backup power are available.
  • Confirm who will sign for the delivery and open the space.

Receiving, Checking And Signing Off

When your delivery arrives, inspect the packaging before signing where possible. If there is visible damage, note it on the delivery document so it can be followed up quickly. Once the equipment is in place, we recommend checking all cartons, accessories and consumables against the packing list before the driver leaves or before the technician starts installation.

If anything is missing or appears damaged, contact us through the enquiry form on our contact page as soon as possible. Early reporting helps us trace the issue, arrange the next step and avoid delays to your setup. We also advise keeping the outer packaging until the machine has been tested.

Questions we get asked

Do you deliver outside Gauteng?

Yes. We arrange deliveries to businesses in Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, Cape Town, Bloemfontein and other areas across South Africa, subject to order size and route timing.

Can installation happen on the same day as delivery?

In many cases yes, if the machine is ready, access is confirmed and your site is prepared. We will schedule delivery and installation together where practical.

What if my workshop has load shedding or limited access?

Tell us in advance. We can plan around backup power, restricted loading times, stairs, narrow entrances or other site conditions so the delivery and setup run properly.
